Fuel Injection has become the primary fuel delivery system used in automotive engines, having replaced carburetors during the 1980s and 1990s. Modern fuel injection systems are designed specifically for the type of fuel being used. Some systems are designed for multiple grades of fuel (using sensors to adapt the tuning for the fuel currently used).
Greentune Automotive’s Fuel Injection program is designed to offer its customers the highest quality and variety of Injector replacement components as well as our state-of-the-art ASNU fuel injector diagnostic & cleaning system.
Our Fuel Injection program is designed to provide vehicles with a better and improved:
Our Fuel Injector Repair Kits complement the ASNU program as well as offer jobbers & installers a complete program of kits designed to service many types of injectors: Bosch, Lucas, Weber, JECS, Siemens, Nippon Kiki, Denso, Sagem, Bendix, Rochester, Hitachi and others including the latest technology GDI injectors (Gasoline Direct Injection).
We use only premium quality original and aftermarket components in our manufacturing process that meet or exceed OE specifications. The o-rings & seals we utilize are made with premium fluorocarbon, filters are original, the same ones manufacturers use when building new injectors. All components are precision designed to guarantee accurate & effective functioning after proper maintenance has been performed utilizing our state-of-the-art ASNU fuel injector diagnostic & cleaning system.
Watch out for competitors offering “cheaper” kits. There is a reason they are cheap. Their kits usually consist of low cost poor quality off shore knock offs, that give ineffective results and end up costing more time & money in the end.
We highly recommend to service your gasoline injectors with the ASNU gasoline fuel injector diagnostic & cleaning equipment.

ASNU DIAGNOSTIC TEST BENCH
& ULTRASONIC CLEANING MACHINE
The ASNU system allows the user to visually examine the injectors on an individual cycle or in sequentialmode, where they can compare the injectors performance under a range of simulated Millisecond & RPMdriving cycles already programmed in to the ASNU system. The injectors can be operated at various RPM& Milli Second settings, restricted only by the number of injectors being tested in the sequential testingoperation.
The ASNU system has been designed for comparing injector against injector at a safe operating level and is suitable for use by apprentice level mechanics to Master level engineers.
Not only users can visualize the injector’s flow pattern and possible leaks, using the ASNU systems, injectors can be ultrasonically cleaned, process in which the buildup of debris and contamination through the injectors breaks down restoring them to perform as good as new.
GDI is an abbreviation for Gasoline Direct Injection, a process where the fuel is injected directly in to the combustion chamber. On a GDI system, the fuel is injected directly in to the combustion chamber at a much higher pressure than manifold systems, up to 200 bar.
These systems now require fuel pumps and injectors made of stainless steel and must be capable of performing at a much higher specification than ones seen on previous manifold injection systems. Both designed to deliver very precise quantities of fuel at extremely high pressures and in short periods of time, in some cases for fractions of a millisecond.
To control these systems, the ECU is also of a higher specification and required to supply a higher current of up to 90v on some systems.
The ASNU Classic GDI Machine will allow users to test new generation injectors as well as older model engine fuel injectors.
